Income Tax Clinic for Tax Year 2014

DATES: Weekly TUESDAYS beginning MARCH: 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2015
TIME: 9-00 a.m. To 4:00 p.m. (by appointment only)
12:00-13:00 closed for lunch

COST & INCOME CRITERIA:

• If your Income is $0 - $2,220.00 = NO COST (cost covered by JFSC)
• $2,220- $24,00.00 the cost is $20.00 per person (subsidized by JFSC)
• $24,00.00 to $48,000.00 the cost is $40.00 per person
• $48,000.00 and above will be determined at the time

Please make sure fees are paid at the clinic.

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

• Last year’s Income Tax return and assessment for 2013
• This year’s Return Form
• Any correspondence from Revenue Canada
• T-4 slips
• DOB and Social Insurance Number
• Phone Number and Address
