Meet our prospective new Board members

Cynthia Tremblay
Cynthia recently retired from The Calgary Airport Authority as their Vice President People & Engagement. As their head of HR for the last 16 years, she brings a wealth of knowledge in all facets of HR including culture, engagement, leadership development, change management and strategy. Previously, Cynthia held other HR roles in the insurance and long-term care sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). A strong believer in the value of diversity and culture to create sustainable change, she is looking forward to being a part of the JFSC Board where she can channel her passion for people and strategy with her drive for giving back to the community.
Heather Inman
Heather has worked in the Human Resources (HR) world for over ten years, primarily in Oil and Gas and Sports and Entertainment. This has helped her gain a broad experience in the multiple HR fields such as Compensation Analysis, Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Employee Relations. The greatest joy in her work is being able to help people navigate their way through tough professional situations and advancing their careers. Heather obtained a BA degree in Criminal Justice Studies from Mount Royal University, as well as her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR Candidacy) designation. Heather has extensive volunteer experience in the Irish dancing community as a competitive Irish dancer and teacher. Heather hopes this role with the JFSC Board would afford her the opportunity to provide support to an organization whose ultimate goal is to strengthen and enrich lives to all members.
