Grieving Together is for caregivers of seniors (55+) who have lost the person they cared for.
This is a space to process your transition from a caregiver to griever connect share and listen with others in their grief journey, and develop skills and coping tools to support you in living with your grief.
This complimentary group is facilitated by a registered social worker from our Caregiver Support Program.
Sessions: Thursdays from 1:00-2:30pm starting on Thursday, May 5th, 2022
Please Note: An ongoing commitment to attend 5 of the 8 sessions is required. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, services may be offered virtually by Zoom.
