Free, online seminar for seniors with Nadine, JFSC Psychologist

Thursday June 8, 2023

2:00 - 3:00pm |Online

‘Aging is more - Let’s enjoy the journey together!’ is this year’s theme for Seniors Week, June 5 – 11. Celebrated annually, Seniors’ Week supports the vision of Calgary as an age-friendly city where all people have lifelong opportunities to thrive.

In appreciation of the seniors in our community, we are hosting a free, online mental wellness seminar for seniors with Nadine, our JFSC Psychologist.

Seniors will have the opportunity to explore strategies to promote mental wellbeing, learn about mental health identifiers for anxiety and depression, and find ways to comfortably talk about, and address, our mental health.

*please note – this event will take place over Zoom. Your Zoom link to the event will be emailed to you on Tuesday June 6.

To register, email reception@jfsc.org or call 403-287-351
