COST & INCOME CRITERIA - Please make sure fees are paid at the clinic
If your Income is $0 - $2,500.00 cost = $20.00per person
$2,500- $30,00.00 the cost = $30.00 per person
$30,000.00 and above will be determined at the time by Tax specialist
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
- Last year’s Income Tax return and assessment for 2019
- This year’s Return Form
- Any correspondence from Revenue Canada
- T-4 slips
- Identification and Social Insurance Number
- Phone Number and current address information
