Many families need assistance at some point. Recognizing that strong families build strong communities, our Family Enrichment Program for individuals and families uses an outreach approach aimed at strengthening and promoting healthy family environments.

Our dedicated and caring team works one-on-one with families, empowering them to achieve self-determined goals through:

• One on one support to access critical resources and tools to improve family wellbeing
• Parent education, consultation, and support to strengthen parent/child relationships
• Reducing isolation and increasing knowledge for community access and support
• Advocacy and emotional support

Access to food and basic needs are critical issues in our communities due to soaring food prices, increased costs of living, lack of affordable housing and a slow post pandemic economic recovery.

We work one-on-one with clients to address the effects of poverty by assisting with food security and access to community supports.

Healthy aging is about more than healthcare.

Whether facing isolation, limited income, or simply navigating life transitions, older adults turn to us for guidance, connection, support and advocacy. Our Outreach Teams work to address unique individual needs, with the goal of successful aging in place, enhanced well-being and being connected to their communities.

Good health isn’t just about medicine — it’s about community connection, purpose, and belonging.

Support for mental health and wellness is woven through all our programs.

Multifaith Community Chaplain Services

The Chaplain’s multi-faith focus is to provide comfort and grief support in addition to visiting people in long-term care facilities and hospitals.
